Halloween Part 2

Tonight our church hosted Trunk or Treat. Folks sign up to decorate trunks and pass out candy. Our small group decorated a trunk in a fish theme and passed out (moms will love this) goldfish and raisins.

Halloween Part 1

Hudson is a handy man for Halloween this year. His school hosted a Halloween parade and party on Friday. There were lots of fun costumes, but apparently none of the other children share Hudson's love of tools as he was the only handy man.

Antlers Up!

We're cheering for the Texas Rangers in the World Series. Gigi sent Hudson some spirit-wear, and he's worn it every day since. Maybe that will bring the Rangers some luck! Oh, and the construction hard hat doubles as a helmet, according to Hudson.

We've been busy since our last post. Take a look...

We visited Aunt Lauren and Uncle Davey over Labor Day weekend. We had a blast going to the zoo and the Children's Museum and hanging out with family.





We went into DC for a 5k and followed it up with a trip to Georgetown Cupcake. YUM!







We've been enjoying the fall weather and grilling A LOT! Gotta love my grill-masters!



Hudson got his first big boy haircut. Sniff, sniff. (PS - His hair is still curly even after the haircut.)



And we picked our own pumpkins with Hudson's friend Jack at Great Country Farm in VA!
