ICE
Today we went to the ICE exhibit at the Gaylord National. It was AMAZING - 2 million pounds of ice carved into scenes from How the Grinch Stole Christmas and on exhibit in a pavilion kept at 9 degrees! Not only did we see the ICE exhibit, but we rode a train, watched a light show, listened to Christmas music and got snowed on! Check out a few pics from all the fun....
Hudson and Byron watching a film while waiting in line

Nearing the parka pick-up area - they supplied giant blue parkas for warmth while touring the exhibit. Hudson refused to wear his. I think he was a little cold.

Having Fun
What we've been doing over a long holiday weekend...
We put up our Christmas tree.

Hudson got Byron a tool chest for Christmas (thank you Home Depot Black Friday sale!), so the guys worked on it together.

This is Hudson "drilling". The "drill" makes a "zhhhhhh" sound.

The large box the tool chest came in doubles as a Starbucks, apparently. This Starbucks is special - it serves hot chocolate, smoothies, coffee, "basketball shootings" and "pink thingies". Oh, and this Starbucks hires 2-year-old baristas.
